Okay, the smoke is so bad that I can't read much--the tiny movements of my stinging eyes hurt. So during the middle of the night when the smoke was extra thick and I couldn't sleep, I've been watching TV, as the spouse got Season 1 on Netflix.
I've watched four episodes. The acting is dynamite and I really like the writing, but I just loathe horror, and I have absolutely zero interest in Monster of the Week plots. So my question is, when does the over-all storyline kick in? When are the characters interacting more then ten and twenty seconds about issues more interesting than hunting/being hunted/dealing with monsters? I want to skip to that episode, if it can be pegged. I will go along with some monster stuff, if other aspects of story show up, but so far....not so much.
