SO GOOD.
I generally like my superhero shows to be escapism, not gritty realism with superheroes who beat up the bad guys who are gangsters and sex traffickers, which is why I didn't get through more than about half a dozen episodes of Daredevil or Luke Cage and wasn't even game to try The Punisher.
But I'm *loving* this, it deals with the shit black communities deal with, which is not comfortable to watch of course, but the superhero family are awesome and love and support each other but also have to work through all the crap together.
And honourable mention to the elder daughter, Anissa, being out and proud and it not being an issue.
