I did it. I caved. I read the spoilers. I now have knowledge of the season finale of Gilmore Girls. I have a few comments to make, but I shall keep them under tags, for all of my non-spoiled friends out there.
So, first of all, I have some questions:
1.) Do Luke and Lorelai actually break up, or does she ask to take a break? This doesn't matter in
(

2.) I look forward to Lorelai crying, because I heart Lauren Graham.
3.) Is the party they are at Lane's wedding? (heh, I just typed "Lorelai's." Obviously, they are not there)
4.) Yes, it would be. My guess is this is the "cliffhanger" they are leaving us with...
I guess...you know when I found out earlier today, I guess I was in shock. I mean, I was really surprised, and also disappointed. I guess I feel like Amy...has too much faith in the fans. And I think she has gotten tired of the show. Which...okay, fine. But this is your JOB, and whether you like it or not, this is what you will be remembered for. So, try to do the best you can. I am also wondering if there is some behind the scenes stuff we don't know about...like, is she purpously trying to sabotage her own show and then hand it off to someone else? (Do we know whether Amy and Dan have renewed their contracts yet?)
So those were my initial thoughts, but then a few hours passed, and here is what I think now: It's just television. In the long run, it really doesn't affect my life that much. And it's fun to get caught up in things, but sometimes I have to stop myself from getting TOO caught up, you know? Cause at the end of the day: just television. And I don't mean that to sound as bitter as it might come across, honest. It's just something I have to remind myself of every once in awhile, to stay sane. :)

The party isn't Lane's wedding (that's ep 19). Not sure what it's about, but it's at the elder Gilmores'.
