Okay, so I'm weak
I did it. I caved. I read the spoilers. I now have knowledge of the season finale of Gilmore Girls. I have a few comments to make, but I shall keep them under tags, for all of my non-spoiled friends out there.
So, first of all, I have some questions:
1.) Do Luke and Lorelai actually break up, or does she ask to take a break? This doesn't matter in the long run, but I'm just curious right now.
2.) Will there be lots of Lorelai angst and crying? Because as painful as that is, I love Lorelai angst and crying. I also love Luke/Lorelai fights. Will there be Luke/Lorelai fights?
3.) Does Lorelai get drunk at Christopher's? Again, doesn't matter in the long run, I just want clarification.
4.) Do we know they actually sleep together?
I'm not sure what to think. I was pretty shocked at first. I believe my immediate reaction was WHAT the FUCK????? Then I began to wonder how on earth Luke and Lorelai could ever get back together if Lorelai sleeps with Chris. A part of me thinks that they don't actually sleep together--that she goes over to Chris' place to get away from Stars Hollow and Luke, etc. and she is upset, and that Chris DOES offer her comfort, but not sex. I read the in the sides that the show fades out just as Lorelai realizes what she may or may not have done....and my guess is that we viewers will also be left wondering. And maybe this is just the optimist in me, but I really, really don't think they do. Unless of course, someone has read sides where they do, and I just don't know about them yet.
