I am SO irritated. The one thing I could NOT find at the grocery store was a peach. Apricots? Yes. All sorts of (mm) tomatoes? Yes. Onions (ew) out the wazoo? Yes. Which reminds me, got an excellent summer salad suggestion from a friend of mine: cucumbers, onions (ew, bypass,) avocado and tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette.
