My dear friend is going through a crisis right now and needs to find a place to live for the summer. She's a poor college student like me. Aka not much in the ways of cash. She's looking for a place anywhere in the Twin Cities that's accessible by public transportation. She can afford no more than $250 a month.

Please, please, please respond to this if you have any information that could help.
