Well it's Valentines day, and it's also my birthday...I decided last year that I was going to start counting backwards from this year so I'm not 41 today, I'm 39 again hehehe

Woke up this morning feeling like hell, I wouldn't mind if I'd been drinking last night :o/

Off to SW tomorrow morning, then the gym and a 'body ballance' class...that should be fun considering I have no ballance whatsoever lol
