The Dalai Lama
So normally I would friend lock a personal entry but I am making an exception. I got to go see the Dalai Lama speak in Quest field, down town Seattle, for his seeds of compassion tour. It was most exciting. A quote from program which I think summarizes the spirit of the speeches; “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries.
