Seriously everything you wrote was what went through my mind.... though I did need to watch the episode twice since half naked Sam totally distracted me from the episode! God I miss Cas so much & just about died laughing at his interaction when Sam. Love that him & Dean share a deeper bond & omg the finger quotes ok that just killed me!

LOL! Yes! The finger-quotes were hilarious! He's so intense about them, haha!! I love that gif - I can't stop watching it.

I have to agree with you - this Sam is not the Sam we all know and love. I just can't see him doing these things. Being so cold about it, getting snippy with Dean at every turn, the call-girl...it just doesn't fit him.

I'm beginning to think he's still only a vessel and the real Sam is trapped inside.

Dean is awesome with Ben. Absolutely awesome.

Make him evil or make him sweet. Robot Sam is lame. Can't wait till Dean gets cursed and we find out the "Truth".

Only other part I loved that you didn't mention was the "he's right behind me." Nice toss back to Hammer of the Gods when they were in the kitchen trying to free the Manburger Helper.

I made the mistake of eating lunch while watching this ep... ditto the boil grossness.

Like the theory of Sam not having a soul. What I found most non-Sam in the prostitute scene was when he scrunched up her phone number... can't quite articulate why, but it just seemed more destructive and mean.

Really, can't have too much Castiel in an episode.

And no, still not feeling the Lisa relationship. She grew on me last episode, but it's like everyone is trying to settle for "good enough" in that family unit.

I really enjoyed this episode and, I really agree with you. This episode did how ever make me more curious as to whats going on with Sam. Where as before, I was just pissed cause I wanted old Sammy back. I still do btw, I'm just interested in whats got him acting this way. Oh, I was so excited to see Cas back. His scenes were the best in the episode. I love Jared and Jensen but, Misha steals every scene he is in. I'm sad he want be in next weeks episode but, I'm excited because Jensen directed it. Also I hear the episode is mostly dealing with Bobby so that'll be great. The next best thing to Cas is Bobby. You know what would make me enjoy the show more is having some new Supernatural fic from you to read. Like maybe a new chap to your fate series.hint,hint.
