Seminar in 23 hours and counting

I'm behind. And since there was just a Cell paper 2 weeks ago about my pathway, there are going to be a lot of people at my seminar.

Things to do:

* make figures-- expanded and merlin homology to human isoforms
MST1/2 and LATS1/2 in human cells-- what is known
NF2 and schwannomas in humans
Tie it all together with Hippo pathway

Aims- come up with a HYPOTHESIS for each aim and an overall one.

* script out my seminar

* memorize what I will say

* practice seminar
