Talked to my Mama today.  Lot of rain and strong wind - a few 90 mph gusts. Mama says the weather is worse then what they experienced in Katrina mainly b/c they are on the eastern side of the hurricane while Katrina they were hit with the western side.  They're all safe including my cat.  They lost power this morning but have been running the ( Read more... )
