hi all, i've got a soggy celery problem. yea, sounds bad, huh? well, for some reason organic celery is only sold in forest-sized bundles, so j and i just can't get through it all by the time that it starts to go limp and wimpy, and i'm sick of soggy celery on my salad and/or tossing the stuff. any suggestions???
