a small story to this one:

"I... I know you, don't I?" Buffy asked staring at the man in front of her. She didn't know why, but she had the feeling that they had met before and that she should know who he was.

He just stared back at her, as if he was as surprised to see her as she felt.

"Who are you?" she wanted to know as he looked at her, emotions running over his face, but she couldn't tell what they meant. Then the light seemed to change in the room. As it got brighter she could see shadows behind him. No, it weren't shadows. It looked like... wings.

"I am an angel of the Lord."

As she heard his words Buffy knew that she should feel surprised or tell him that he was crazy. But somehow she knew that he spoke the truth. And they had met before. She couldn't really remember her time in heaven. But now she was sure that that was where they had met before.
