Have been going well with the diet. I always lose more weight if I stop eating by 3pm at the latest then go to bed hungry. I then lay there for hours being too hungry to sleep but by the time morning comes its always worth it. I will be weighing myself once I go back to my Mother's house on Saturday morning. The heaviest I can be is 140 or less. Then I will be out of the 40's for my next weigh in. I now have 48 days to lose at least 17 pounds. Totally achievable. Will be eating my one meal today at around 1.30pm. Not sure what to eat tomorrow, it's my Dad's bday but we aren't really celebrating. Might do lunch, if that.
