I hate people...
I am pissed as all hell! The people at BellSouth are IDIOTS!!! Let me explain.
Wendsday I got a call from my boss telling me the voice mail service thing wasn't working correctly. She asked me to call and get it fixed. I did. They told me some innaine thing like dial star then four then seven and it should reset. I did. SIX TIMES!!! I call back a couple of hourse later. I'm a bit aggervated. I'm told that they sent a trouble ticket and that it should be fixed by the end of that bussiness day. Like HELL it was! Seven on a Wensday night. After leading kids choir and stamping new choir books for Tim, I finally have a moment to myself so I call and check. The phone at the mission rings TEN times and no freaking message pick up. I have moved past aggervated to miffed. Yesterday I called as soon as I got into work. I explained that we have HURRICANE Refugees calling us looking for help and that we can't do anything because our FREAKING VOICE MAIL WON'T WORK!!! This idiot sends ANOTHER trouble ticket and transfers me to the trouble ticket answering machine, they don't have a number like normal humans you see, and I tell them what's up and to PLEASE get it fixed. I call again at twelve, still not fixed. I have moved past miffed into pissed. I am not very nice to the next person I talk to. She claims she is going to reset the whole system. Yeah right.
This morning I call work again. IT RINGS ELEVEN TIMES NO FREAKING VOICE MAIL. Getting into the Royally pissed section. I call again. I yell until her ears ring. I demand to speak to the manager. He is in a meeting so she claims. Yeah right. She says she is going to rebuild the system and I FINALLY find out there has been a lot of complaints in my area. NEWS TO ME!!! I tell her I will check around twelve and that it better be fixed. Btw, this is my OFF DAY.
I call again at twelve. Ten times no luck. I'm so mad I feel sick! I call again. I yell and scream at her explaining the number, the password and the situation of REFUGEES for the what? SIXTH TIME!? She is gonna try to fix it. She wouldn't let me talk to the manager. She ignored my request. I told her I would check again at three and if it wasn't up I would either speak to the manager or I would call the better business burrow. I also explained that our BOARD PRESIDENT is a CEO in the bellsouth company and that I would be telling him of the utter INCOMPETANCE that I had encountered. Lol then she seemed a bit scared.
Not only are refugees with NOTHING TO THEIR FREAKING NAMES being turned away BECAUSE WE CAN'T GET ANY MESSAGES BECAUSE BELLSOUTH SUCKS!!! But also, if by Tuesday, if it is not fixed, I WILL LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT!!! Mostly, because I spent all MY time TRYING TO GET SOMEONE WITH MORE THAN HALF A BRAIN CELL TO LISTEN TO ME!!! I also took the phone out of the jack, unplugged the internet... ANYTHING to make it work!!!!
Mom told me I had to do SOMETHING to calm myself down and this is me venting. I'm too pissed off to curse. Lol it has been YEARS since I've been this pissed at anything except Dad! Who, btw is being a little bastard AS USUAL!!!
I hope to GOD that I am out of this house by the time he comes home tonight. Or I probably WILL say something to get my ass kicked out.
