Another attempt at a character profile
Character Profile on Janet Surly
Janet likes to tell you that you’re wrong even when you’re right. She has issues with any kind of authority and likes to deny little parts of your personality in order to feel good about herself. Janet is not very liked amongst her peers, who resent the fact that she doesn’t do her job as effectively as she could. Working at the coffee shop, she piles all the dirty dishes in bus tubs and leaves them there to congeal and let the other suckers wash them.
It looks as if she’s working, but really she’s just organizing, for she has intense OCD. Everything must go in a certain order, a distinct direction, left to right and only five up and none to the side (in ANYthing that relates to trinkets). Rather than using this intense energy for the greater good of mankind, Lara resorts to go home and continue her lack of charisma to pig out on chocolate chip supreme cookies, Chex and pork rinds.
The only thing she loves to do is read and write. Through these venues Janet absolves the imagination of others as a higher truth.
