Virtually zero anxiety today. I got some annoying stuff done at work today so it's out of the way finally. Had a nice lunch with coworkers (Mexican). Planned some more training for myself (which I've been meaning to do, and realized that no one's going to make me plan - it's up to me). It's nice to actually feel a little ambition again.
