Ah, I think it began with the April Fool's event, in which on that day Prussia was posting on an actual blog. And his blog's layout is filled with pictures of him with a chick xD There were even entries of him taking picture of the chick xD hahaha!

also, in the character chart, Prussia's final description was something like: if he laughs when he sees a chick, that's him alright
