Autmn/Fall 2008 Spoiler Impressions Part 1
Spoiler Impressions - Sapphire Pyro's impressions or comments or opinions on a certain series (in this case, the first episode of an Autumn/Fall 2008 anime) where her knowledge about it is only based on spoiler summaries, screencaps, and raw episodes.
In the case of Black Butler, Casshern SINS, Corpse Princess, and Earl and Fairy: these four got her interest so much that she was tempted to download them RAW and each got its own entry xD But the other series that premiered this season also caught Sapphire Pyro's eye, but they're still not part of her addiction list, at least not yet.
And they are:

CLANNAD After Story
I love CLANNAD and I saw the spoilers and I'm sure I'm gonna love the episode. Just finished downloading the sub a few minutes ago xD Oh Tomoya I miss you xD

Fist of the North Star - Raoh's Story
Many have commented on how MANLY this series is xD And I agree . . . but wait, does that make my tastes so manly? because I liked it? xD Haha! I dunno. It seems boring (animation is not bad, but the color scheme of it is so dull to my eyes x_x the seriousness of the story made the dullness worse ^^;) but it got my interest xD I like the main(?) guy because I find him cool, cute, and he reminds me of GAR Simon of Gurren-Lagann xD and leading female seems nice too ^_^ And yes, I'm anticipating a love story from this xD Oh why do I torture myself for craving for love stories from non-romance-centric shows xD Haha.
I hope I don't need to check out the previous season for me to understand this. It's an alternate storytelling anywayz, right? ^^;
Yozakura Quartet
Strong females and magic/superpower stuff? And I saw which seemed like white/gray haired twins being so sweet to each other in the OP xD (they seem like boy + girl twins) . . . I'm sold xD Characters seem pretty interesting ^_^
Tales of the Abyss
I STILL don't see what's so awesome with this x_x I don't like it when main characters have such an extraordinary-special-power-and-only-he-can-save-the-world -_- I'm not sure if that's really the case, but that's what it seemed to me. And what's with the long hair then suddenly shorter haired with the main character in the OP x_X So he gets a haircut later? For what? I like the shorter one though. I wish it was like that throughout the series ^^; Anywayz, honestly, the only thing I find interesting here is the blonde dude xD He seems crack, and I find him cute. Haha! And what's his connection to the blonde girl? I've been hoping they're twins xD Haha!
Akane Iro no Somarukasa
Whoa! I expected this to be some perverted crap but from those screenshots I don’t see any exposed boobs, panty shots, or perverted touches O_O So maybe even though it’s a hentai game adaptation, this anime version will make it decent after all. Oooooo, nice surprise. And I like the gray/silver/white haired guy xD His looks reminded me of Killua of Hunter X Hunter xD And he has an interesting relationship with the leading guy xD I love best friends =3

It didn’t seem as bad as I expected it to be. It has chances to turn out fine after all. But the best friend of the guy didn’t look that cute in the anime x_X And the leading girl being a tsundere loli doesn’t help at all x_x I’m so sick of these tsundere lolis! Can’t the author think of a different type of leading lady?! I’m sick of Shanas and Louise clones -_- Aaaarrrggghh . . .

Okayz, so the event in the episode is mainly about the four main girls being lost on their way to their classrooms?! O_o . . .DUH!!! What the heck . . . and it doesn’t seem to be as funny as Lucky Star. I might just be annoyed on how stereotype and stupid they are -_- But oh well, I don’t know exactly what’s going on so I’m still giving this a try ^^;
Kurogane no Linebarrel
I know this is gonna be horrible but I didn't expect it to be THIS HORRIBLE x_x It did some changes from the manga, but what's sad is that THEY'RE WORSE THAN THE MANGA x_x Then they even added some unecessary perverted fanservice x_x Ugghhh . . .what an eyesore.
But I'm still checking it out to know and understand those changes. Maybe my impressions were wrong, hopefully they were. I'm also watching it because of Kakihara Tetsuya. I'm interested to know how he voiced in this series . . . though the character he's voicing here is the one I hate to bits -_- Yes, unfortunately Kakihara Tetsuya-sama is voiving the pathetic main character . .. BAAAW ;_;
There is only ONE awesome thing in this series, and that is the ED THEME! Really nice music! Heard that it's a Maaya Sakamoto song. Oh so pleasing to my ears xD Hehe.
Heavenly Warrior Sunred
The animation style is really really REALLY not my type. Not appealing to my eyes AT ALL! But I've heard that this series had some nice crack comedy. And I love crack comedy! I like being entertained xD Let's see. I hope they were right about it. Good comedy can forgive unsightly animation I guess ^^;

Rosario to Vampire 2
I don’t think this is worth checking out but out of curiosity I took a peek at the screenshots xD And yep, the boobs, panties, ecchi, harem, and other useless fanservice are still there ^^; I can't believe a series like this had a second season, while other more decent series didn't get to have one T_T
