this place is crawling with sailors
the marines are in port for the weekend I guess
a ton came into borders today
I am walking to the sci fi section to reshelve
and suddenly I am bombarded by like 10 sailors
who ask me where to find the kama sutra
not too long before that a wide eyed sailor told me
that this was the biggest book store he'd ever been in
bigger than his library at home
I told him that he should see the bpl if he had time because it would blow his mind
(yeah I actually said those words...)
there was a pause in our conversation which I filled by asking if he was looking for anything
and he asked if I could direct him to the anime section
which I did and he was very excited about it
traci came for dinner!
yay our first dinner party!
hopefully many more for the future
because I am tired of macaroni
never eat reheated macaroni and cheese
the oil seperates from the cheese sause
the nonoil part of the cheese sause remains congealed in a clump of noodles
I told someone at borders to enjoy his show today
I almost cried from the shame, and pain
and the guys I was working with laughed at me
really hard
this is what happens after three years of brainwashing
there wasn't a real purpose to this post

my sisters went to prom last weekend:
i did heaths hair and makeup she let me do little wings with eyeliner
jess had a flower put in her hair she wouldn't jump in her prom stuff because she didn't want to mess it up
