Called my step-dad to let him know Ari was not coming home tomorrow and explained about the court date being non-existant and what the Head of CSB was pulling.... He gave me the name and number of one of our State Representatives to use if I don't get my voice heard at the upcoming Mental Health meeting on the 29th of July. And believe me, I will use it if I have to. Ramona, also, is fired up about what CSB has pulled. From what she's told me, CSB is doing stuff that they should know are illegal....
1. Denying her treatment , which she is entitled to as a Mental Health Client, and 'dumping' her into back into my lap custody-wise.
2. Leaving her without medical care (they cancelled her medical card instead of transferring it to me via paper work) in YDC.
3. Denying her necessary medications because of the cancelled medical card.
4. Demanding that I sign over permanant custody of my child in order for her to be given the treatment at the Treatment Center a second time. When they get tired of her, they can farm her out to a foster home or institution without my consent or knowledge....
This will be addressed at the 'Level 1' Mental Health meeting scheduled on the 29th; Ramona will be bringing me to the meeting and home, so I have transport there.
So, I have no clue as to where we are headed as far as Ariana is concerned.
