saw my dad today. i have been feeling like crap on a stick but giving him a hug became my mission and i fought tooth and nail to get to his apartment (battle of the panic attacks part two-thousand.) he told me that they actually removed my aunt's lymph nodes- i know, weird. i couldn't very well get into "which ones?! i'm sorry about your aunt. is the chemo hope for recovery, or just to give her life for a little longer? did you know my mother used to work in chemo? gruesome stuff.

good job about your grades, though. i am proud!

it's all a little muddled. my dad said they're not sure if they removed all of the cancer yet she's starting on chemo anyway? he said he was confused too, but he knows she has/had "mesenchymal endometrium favor stromal sarcoma" wtfwtf. i think you told me about your mom. was that hard for her to be around all the time? how do doctors and nurses do it?

oye. just that name sounds painful. i don't really understand the whole cancer/chemo process either. :/ i hope whatever it means for her though is good things!!

i think being in the cancer ward was pretty painful for my mom. she actually doesn't talk about it a lot, but when she alludes to it, it sounds like bad experiences all around.

My uni uses blackboard too, but my dept has never bothered to put anything much on it to the best of my knowledge.

ah that is a good thing, blackboard (at least for my school) is very unreliable. sorry i've been missing you on aim lately! i hope you're out right now getting drunk out of your mind and having a ball ;)
