I started helping with Sylvis street house yesterday. There is a lot of work that needs to be finished. I hope we can get it all done by July 1st. Ariel and 'evin are going to earn their appliances for their trailer (yay! They're moving out! Yay!) And I suppose I'll be working off my first months rent or pieces of furniture she's left in the house that I love. David gets to have his gaming room, the breakfast room off the kitchen is perfect for me to paint in. The kids will have a huge yard and there's a detached garage. I'm so freaking, flipping excited. Hopefully, we'll buy it next year and be able to do some major remodels. I know we'll have to fix the foundation, but we'll probably call contractors to see how much work it needs and how much it will cost. Onitta has done most of it.
