Dad: You just need to go read chapter six of the Gospel of Matthew. Go on, go read it.
Me: (pause, and then, like dredging something really old and tattered up from beneath a great deal of debris) ...You mean... Matthew 6:34, "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself"?
Dad: (momentarily speechless)
