I suppose it could've been worse, but...

...having been awake from 2am to 7am
...leave the house at 8am to go to school and write this paper.
...halfway there realize I left my powercord at home.
...get back on the metro going the wrong direction
(how did I manage that?)
...switch back to the right direction
...realize I've forgotten my access card to the building
...grab the powercord, forget the access card, again.
