Uh....who the hell is bathing in the women's room? My first thought was homeless people. Does Canton have a lot of homeless people??? And if so, are they bathing in women's rooms all over?
My other thought was certain religions have to bathe (I believe) their feet sometime during prayer, I only know this because we have a prayer room in the new student union at school, and it some foot washing thing in it. So maybe there are people washing their feet in the bathroom? But is a dirty women's room sink really appropriate for foot washing during prayer?
