Okay. True confession time. This is my first Big Bang. And this is the first RPS story I ever wrote. There are a few new ones I posted out there now … but they were written after this story. So while we’re talking about firsts, let’s talk about the first RPS I ever read. kkgee ’s Just One Breath. Hands down the best. Inspired me to start this story. And kkgee was wonderful enough to alpha my story. What’s more, she offered concrete suggestions - all of which I incorporated - to help this story find its voice. So, thanks to a superb writer and supportive friend. I also want to thank corbyinoz , another fine writer who was kind enough to alpha my story. As a first timer I needed the extra encouragement and your generosity and time is very appreciated.
Next up, I wish to thank my artist -- xx_misamisa_xx . This is her first Big Bang, too. She was a pleasure to work with and produced a wonderful variety of artwork to bring this story to life. Last, but never least, is my beta, friend, cheerleader, muse and sometimes therapist - borgmama1of5 . She stuck by this tale despite not really liking RPS (although I might have made a convert out of her by now ;). She helped when I derailed plot-wise and brought this story back to its heart. She read chapter 13’s many iterations with patience. She coaxed. She soothed. She talked me off the roof. Her fine editing and polishing took this tale to its fullest potential. There would be no story without her. I love you, hon!
