Celebrating!
Snow, wonderful snow! We have lots of it here, too. I got to watch a couple of Christmas movies this weekend on tv. They were ones that I don't have on dvd or tape and that I had never seen before, so that was fun! L is still home, but I anticipate that he will be heading south in the next day or two, dependent, of course, on the weather. It snowed all weekend. L and I headed to H&M's house on Saturday for a late lunch and to watch the Swedish Women's Handball Team beat Romania to secure a spot in the finals of the 2010 Women's EHF European Handball Championship. I'd never seen a handball match before, so it was pretty interesting. Unfortunately, the Swedish Women lost the championship match to Norway, yesterday.
In other news, my friend, Anna (she only blogs in Swedish), is giving away a Christmas present. She makes the greatest knitting bags and wanted to celebrate by giving one away on Christmas Eve. I'm going to throw my name into the ring! How about you?
I've also received a package from my secret pal in the mail on Friday, but haven't had the chance to get pictures up. I will try to do that later today.
