https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPsrvtzGI5w Thanks to Smash-3DS and Hyrule Warriors, I'm in a definite Legend of Zelda mode right now. So much so.... that this post is once again about my oversaturation of video games.
First, amiibo. Fry's didn't have Samus when I went, so I settled for my other three primary targets: Link, Kirby, and Pikachu. Kirby is freaking adorable, you don't even know.
Second, Smash U. I actually picked up the $100 box, which includes the GCN adapter and a controller - because why not. As for stuff in the gameplay:
-Smash Tour is... umm... meh... best enjoyed with a group of friends. It's basically Smash x Mario Party.
-The other stuff is what you'd expect from Smash. Over 300 songs in the soundtrack BEFORE any unlocks, which is glorious. Weird events that have crazy reward conditions.
---Example: You have two stocks as Ganondorf. You must defeat Link and Zelda, and then Giant Palutena, on Skyloft... within 45 seconds.
Characters are much better proportioned, though Pikachu and Jigglypuff are still obviously too big; ZSS is now tall enough to fit into the Samus armour (which is, in fact, her PROPER height of 6'3.)

That said, I also picked up aS/wR, because of course I did; and three Zelda games I hadn't had before. There is a plan here, and it's most likely for a Zelda marathon starting this coming long weekend, wherein I set most everything else aside and just wreck the keck outta Hyrule's evils, as close to in sequence as the collection permits.
