OK, I'm sure part of my workout apathy is sheer boredom with the tapes I own. Any suggestions? I'm looking for emphasis on cardio, preferably 20-40 minutes in length. Toning is good too, of course, but my doctor is emphasizing the heart rate. I've currently got a Jane Fonda from the late 80s and Tae-Bo.
