Items of Business
Going ons in the recent life of Cassandra:
•Began to feel like I was living in some kind of purple doom and put up my GraphExpo posters. Wall space is now at a premium in my room.
•My insatiable horniness has been replaced with insatiable hunger. Hay Body, exactly what the fuck is it you are doing? I do not need to eat two pieces of cake, two pieces of pie, fish, rice, crackers, and all of Central America in one night.
•My grandmother is being put into a nursing home. It is time for it, this weekend she almost drank some cleaning solution. (Perhaps this completes the bad-news-about-a-grandma trifecta.)
•I took the C-Base, a standardized test required by my college, and was bored stiff by it for four hours. They tried to placate us with sandwiches, chips, and soda. The sandwich wasn't half bad. Of course, it wasn't half good either, there was was a lot of mediocre in there.
•"Every woman is two martinis away from lesbianism." Not sure I agree with that quote, but it did make me smile.
• Really, why am I hungry?
• I'm doing generally awful in all of my classes. Not flunking or anything, but just not breezing through them like I usually do.
• Heard my own voice on an answering machine and was shocked to discover that I sound like a cute 20 year old girl. What the hell is up with that? I don't know what I was expecting, but it sure as hell wasn't that.
• I'm a sweet rocking rolling badass bitch. Not cute.
•Have been debating going a week without wearing a bra. I honestly don't think anyone will notice. So the experiment begins.
•I order Monster Sex prints almost three weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I'm now anxious, I want naked monsters decorating my walls!
• Steve Wolfhard is still my favorite Canadian. (Anyones whose belly has a moustache is cool in my book.)
•Got a new folder at work. As usual, I'm the one handed the meager instructions and left to figure it out. (Not that I mind. I actually like that kind of work.) Extra good news is that it looks like I get to take the old folder home. What am I going to do with it? No idea. But dude. Free folder.
