I'm halfway through my third week. Things aren't progressing as fast as they did the first week, but they are still noticeably progressing.
I haven't weighed myself since the end of the first week, but I'm most definitely stronger.
Starting at a dead weight, I can get half a chin-up done. Considering two weeks ago I couldn't move a centimeter from a dead weight, this is pretty huge. Also, I can do three chin-ups (without dropping to dead weight). It's hard, and I grunt a lot, but I can do three chin-ups. That's pretty amazing. I don't think I've EVER been able to do a chin-up.
The yoga is a whole lot better too. My Chaturanga's are pretty smooth, and I'm pretty much off my legs in my upward dogs. I'm working on my crow pose now. I can't seem to hold my weight on my upper arms... it hurts... It's not the strength, it's just too much pressure on my triceps I think I need to build my core and back muscles a bit more so I'm not resting my entire lower body weight on my arms and can transfer some of the weight to my core.
If I remember - on my way out of the house this afternoon, I'll hit the gym and weight myself. Interested to see if I've lost any more weight.
