I really pooned out this week. I've been soooo busy with work and frustrated that the desire to workout has been the last thing on my mind. But I just did today's Total Body and it is MUCH easier than the first time. What I love about the P90X is that it gets noticeably easier every week, except there's TONS of room left to continue to challenge myself.
Remarkably, I can do TWO chin-ups. Although I can't go completely to dead-weight in between, I'm dropping well below 90 degrees. I'm so excited by this! I'm also using the lat-grip verses the bicep grip so I don't end up too ripped and veiny and gross... but a nice toned back would be awesome.
I scored a HUGE real estate deal last night that's going to net me a nice big paycheck (today I love my career), so today I'm going out to invest in the resistance bands, as there are a couple of exercises where the 5lb weights I have are too light.
Haven't weighed or measured myself this week, but I probably will on Saturday. I'll post the updates when I get around to it.
