that I've had only one cigarette today. And yesterday. 1.5 the day before and 2 the day before!
Not saying I'm quitting, necessarily. I'd feel terrible saying I'll quit once again if I fail to pull it off. It'll be too demoralizing. Just taking it one day at a time. And I really haven't felt the need. Just the mind whack once or so each day.
Working out first thing each day certain helps start the day in the right direction.
