School is taking it all out of me, my grades suck, and I can't stop mentally breaking down about it.

I really can't handle this right now, and people can say shit but no one is actually helping me at all.
Telling me to concentrate does not help when i have no god damn Idea what I am supposed to understand.
Fuck this, can someone help?
