Time to work on my art and writing!
Today I did a Tarot reading, and I drew the Nine of Swords, the Page of Wands, and the Ten of Pentacles. Which apparently means I am at the beginning of a creative endeavour, I have untapped potential, and a desire to grow and develop my skills. Any fears I have are unfounded, there is nothing to hold me back. I have the potential, and according to the Ten of Pentacles, I will be successful, with both material and emotional abundance in the future. I must nurture my ideas and put a lot of effort in, to bring my tiny seed to fruition. So all optimistic and good!
I am taking this means my art and fiction writing, both of which need practice (hence the effort needed), and I will need to make sure I practice both daily in order to achieve my goals. ScriptFrenzy 2009 is coming up in April (blimey, is it next month already!!!), so that will definitely challenge my scriptwriting skills! The challenge is to write 50 pages of script in 30 days (April). Last year I only managed 12 pages! I was working full time, and I’m not now, so it does give me more time on my hands this year. And I’m going to put in the effort this year, even if I’ve fallen behind my target and can’t see me hitting the target in time, I will still persevere and write every day, to at least keep going and achieve more than I did last year. Wish me luck! Now all I have to do is think up an idea for my script! What am I going to write about this year?
Creative Goals:
1. To write every day (even if it‘s just 10 mins a day)
2. To draw every day (even if it‘s just a rough sketch)
3. To pick something to draw for tomorrow (every day)
4. To plan a story idea for ScriptFrenzy 2009 - I can’t believe it starts next month
