So, I've been trying to get to where I can do 50-100 leg lifts and pushups in a day.
The problem is that I have plans most evenings, now, so it's hard to squeeze in work out time.
My solution? Do it at work. In the bathroom.
I just did 30 leg lifts and 20 pushups (with my feet on a chair). w00t. Endorphines are kicking in!
