Notes: I just want to thank my 2nd author for this year’s bigbang.  She has written a wonderful story and is an amazingly sweet and patient person, especially when I constantly bombarded her with thought after thought. There were quite a few scenes that inspired me draw so that I kept drawing and drawing, as you will see below the cut.

I enjoyed the story and I hope all of you enjoy the art.  Head on over to the story when you get a chance.  In fact, if you don’t want spoilers, read the story and then drop by J

Thank you mods for hosting another wonderful year of bigbangs.

Banner with the title

I decided to go with an easy font this time. Everything is done in pencil in my trusty sketchbook, then scanned into Photoshop to fix any booboos and enhance the image.

Banner without the title

Here the author and I talked back and forth about the banner and we decided to come up with something that wouldn’t spoil the ending.  So I came up the idea to draw the scene where Jared watches Jensen play with some wolf pups that followed them in the mountains.

Jensen and His Wolf

I’ve drawn wolves for other stories before, but never as much as I did for this one.  Here we have the blend of Jensen in his human and wolf form.  I had this idea from the beginning when I read the story over and I’m pretty proud of how they came out.  References were used.

Jared and His Wolf

The same concept as before, just with Jared now. Again, references were used.

Headers
These story headers was so much fun to draw.  Each one provides a clue to what’s in that part of the story. See if you can find what they represent in the story.

And that’s a wrap for bigbangs for me this summer.  I truly hope you enjoyed the art and don’t forget to read the wonderful story of the Lyall Durnibaar Wolves.

Toodles!
