Well, I'm back in work, and only a little uncomfortable in my office-chair.
But I also seem to have a cold coming....
I took some ibuprofen for that, knowing it would also help with my back, and
I've been pretty much okay all morning. But now, three hours later, I think
it's starting to wear off...and I can't take any more for another hour.
I hate that.
They have me checking the renewal-cancellation report in the mornings now,
looking for suitable candidates to email with a reduced renewal price, to
try and retain the policy. So far I'm not finding many - but then the
company's probably shot itself in the foot there by taking the email address
off our correspondance and replacing it with the phone number, so people are
calling us more. They're 'adapting to the requirements of our customers',
allegedly.
