Memory...all alone in the moonlight....
The dance concert was this weekend. I must say it went really well. There were some major fuck-ups on the sound person's part...of course. Like, they would play the music too low or not have our mics high enough or start to play the song before they were supposed to...argh. Luckily for me nothing happened while I was doing my solo. I would'n't know what to do, I'd probably cry hahaha. But yeah so everyone did a really great job, especially COLLEEN cuz she's "amazing." Mwahahaha. I felt bad for Guy though, cuz well...he was okay but I know he can do so much better. He just put way too much pressure on himself with these Wicked songs that he got nervous and went really flat a bunch of times. I still love him and his beautiful voice though (not to mention his total and utter HOTTNESS). <3 I need to use up the rest of my film so I can get pictures back and post them here!
So guess what? I am very much over Mike. There is no point in liking him anymore cuz I never see him. He was supposed to do the concert, but he never showed up to a single rehearsal, AND didn't come to either show...but the worst part is, is that he never called anyone to let them know he wasn't gonna be able to be in it. That's so shady. So yeah I am over him but I *kind of* like someone else, maybe.
Anyway...on Wednesday Zach and I have an appointment at Stockton (the college I want to transfer to after I'm done at CCC) to meet with the head of Admissions in the Theatre Dept. She wants us to sit in on her Acting III class and then meet some of the students and have them take us around the campus to see the theatre and some other stuff. I already saw all that when I went to the Stockton Open House but oh well. I'm nervous cuz this is the lady who decides if I get in. I better dress to impress! It's really awesome cuz she is good friends with Moxie (the head of theatre at CCC and my teacher for 2 of my classes) and Moxie LOVES me so I can definitely get a letter of recommendation from her, and now I have connections to the school, haha.
Well, I'm gonna get going now. Peace.
