The other, less positive piece of news coming out of the session - which was moderated by TVLine Editor-in-Chief Michael Ausiello - is that Chord Overstreet will not be back this fall - at all. I can't blame Chord for not wanting to deal with the producers. I'm just worried that it won't affect his future jobs where he might be seen as "flaking out" on glee.

While I didn't 'ship' Kurt and Sam, I liked Sam's character from the time he was introduced on the show, and most especially from the point where he essentially told Finn to fuck himself (he didn't say that, I know) when he said that he had given his word to Kurt, and where he came from, that was that, and I was sold ( ... )

after an entire year of being bullshitted, i'm glad he left them. heartbroken and probably finished witht this show - but so glad.

same, i'm probably not gonna watch post-overstreet. but you're right -- i get the feeling that he quit because they screwed up his storyline beyond recognition. i wonder if they're gonna pass this off as sam transferring, like they did with matt? >_>

ugh the thought of everybody - cast included - forgetting about sam/chord's existence entirely this year is heartbreaking. i just feel so bad for chord.

tbh i only watched this show for chris from the start but having to endure klaine just sounds like too much work this season, creeeys.

i knoooow right. especially when he had such potential as a character, and a character arc, which is a rarity in glee. xD

CHRIS BB. <3 i know, same, i couldn't endure the klaine. D: i'm hoping that kurt's unenthusiastic "love you too" means that klaine is breaking up despite no more sam, but... :| i guess we'll always have kum fic, though, sob.

I don't believe it ... Sorry, but this little story I don't buy. It has big thing in the middle. I don't know if Ryan fought with Chord and fired him, but this story is very strange.

I'm hoping they end up working a deal at some point down the line, and bring him back. Maybe next year...

Anyhow, Kum may never have occured on-screen, but even without Chord, it will still live on in fandom, right? :)
