While I didn't 'ship' Kurt and Sam, I liked Sam's character from the time he was introduced on the show, and most especially from the point where he essentially told Finn to fuck himself (he didn't say that, I know) when he said that he had given his word to Kurt, and where he came from, that was that, and I was sold.

Sam was one of the few characters on Glee that had morals, and stuck by them, and I am really, really sorry that Chord is not returning for the third season of Glee b'c I honestly feel he meshed so well, he easily could have been in the cast from the very beginning.

Considering that CC is supposed to be RMs 'favorite', and the manner in which RM has treated him recently, I can only imagine how talks may have gone re Chord's contract, and how easily he could have been screwed over by the producers who were simply looking for the next big name.

In any case, I just wanted to say how sorry I was that Chord would not be returning. There are PLENTY of gleeks left (I promise you) that I would prefer to leave long, long before Sam... Really over two-thirds...
