you sing so clearly
the morning comes too early
we dance under the waning moon
the morning always comes too soon
I unfold in your arms
sweet and unexplainable
who am I to deny
your happiness?

bring me to my knees
the drum rythm beats away
what's this coming over me?
I can't stand myself
Momma told me
she tries to take me
off the ground
but something's holding me
perfectly honest
is it good for me?
did I pray the demon
too much
need to discover
how to behave
answers
don't know the question to ask
wrap me up
I'm falling

I dance on the edge of infinity
beautiful melody envelopes me

Wallace Stevens
I tend to do this when I write verse. Interesting.

need some distraction
tonight
never confessed my sin
angels begin to fall
darkness finds a way
frozen
give my life
for a little kiss
compromised answers
my mind roams
wanting truth
silent divinity
cast out
whispering
have mercy on my soul

rigorous introspection
engage in self-judgement
