I eat everything of the fruits and veggies and 1 serving of oatmeal (1/2 cup uncooked), 1/4 serving of raisins (about a handful), 2 eggs, 1/2 can of chickpeas, and 1 square of chocolate. I use the vinegar for a dressing.
