1. Iiii have homework to do! I was all glib about the ten pages I needed to write for tomorrow up until I started writing it this afternoon, and now I'm stuck and worried it'll never be funny/good/normal, and this worry is actually probably one of the cornerstones of my...it feels douchy to say "talent," but...talent or, oh! ability to actually be funny when I write these things. For instance, I procrastinated terribly when I wrote the outline, finished it the day before it was due, and was totally worried it was gonna be terrible. My teacher said the story was in really good shape, and one of the funniest guys in the group I was in laughed out loud at a couple of my jokes, so I did okay. But now I'm back in that worried-so-I'm-procrastinating phase.
2. I am REALLY EXCITED about Saturday. I'm probably gonna go see the first two Back to the Future movies at the Egyptian in Hollywood with a couple of people from class. They're showing the whole trilogy, but I'm not going to the third one because...I'M GOING TO SEE DAYPLAYER!! I am really, really excited about seeing Dayplayer, I've been listening to, well, all 5 of their songs pretty non-stop for the past few days. Also I watched The End in the Beginning a couple times and the Dayplayer - Soundcheck video (under cut!) and, for some reason, Kitchen Confidential? And I have a pretty big crush on John Daley right now, and I'm thinking 'bout dressing up for the night and, man, I'm pretty excited.
3. Also I'm making a quilt for Laura for graduation - my high school friends and I did it this weird way, where we made little pillows and then sewed them onto a backing, so I'm doing that right now. I'm towards the end, which means all the pillows are surrounded, so I keep poking my left index finger, and it's pretty much totally going to fall off soon, it's covered in little scratches and actually hurts a little to type, so, that's cool.
4. Also today we took a tour on the Paramount lot and passed: 1) the Glee stage, 2) the Larry Crowne (new Tom Hanks film) stage, 3) the Community stage, and 4) the Big Time Rush actual set? Which was not even as enjoyable as walking past golf carts that said "Glee" on them. I was looked on as the BTR authority, though I've seen 0 episodes, but I'm known as the Disney kid already (one guy had a dream about me one night where I was standing on the corner singing Disney songs, which sounds like something I'd do, haha). Also, we saw Matt Dillon walkin' around, which was fun.

Okay, now I'm off to ACTUALLY write this script. Maybe I'll finish by 8:30/in time to check out tonight's shows minus commercials? Ha, right.
