Short thought

Still on the subject of magazines, has anyone else wondered who these people are who still write into the help columns? It seems a little bit ridiculous to me that in a day and age where anything can be googled or discussed with anonymous strangers in a chat room, that anyone would bother to write a letter to a magazine. I can see there being a thrill of having something you wrote published in a magazine that has millions of readers each month but where is the pride in being the Hairy Nipples in Idaho girl? If you have hairy nipples wouldn't you want to remedy that situatuion before it took the magazine 6 months to publish a response? None it makes any sense to me so all I can imagine is a bunch of editorial writers sitting around once a month coming up with socially awkward questions to mail into their own question and answer department. That or someone's mother is hard at work mailing letters into their child's help column every month from all over the country.

Thanks for buying the cd mom and to my anonymous benefactor.
