Write an argumentative based on the recent incident around the auction of the Animal Head Artifacts.

(Translator's note: Earlier this year the auctioning house Christie's auctioned two bronze heards of animals, which the Chinese consider as artifacts the British or French looted from the Yuanming Garden in the 1860s. Certainly this caused a nationalistic uproared, and the thing was sorta ended with a Chinese merchant winning the bid but not paying it.)

1. 47% of Chinese consumers believe in the power of celebrity endorsements.
2. 91% thought there are problems with celebrity endorsement; the 2008 formula scandal are partially blamed to this. (Translator's note: melamine-laced milk.)
3. Some celebrities are dark in this; the endorsement was negotiated through managers or the family.
4. Endorsements were no different from testimonies, and they should be make responsible as they earned six-figure from this.
5. The government's being too lax and the media is being careless; isn that Hollywood star fined into the millions by the FTC...
