Daniel invariably drank coffee and always held up his end of the conversation. Teal'c played with his food - he came for the company. Sam herself had usually worked through the night on something too important (but mostly just too fascinating) to put aside just to sleep, and simply came to eat. Eggs today.
The Colonel, well, he liked fruit loops. It was cute. He'd sort through them with his spoon, and eat the blue ones first. She'd always wanted to ask if he saved the red till last, but had never found the nerve.
Finished, they lingered, making arrangments to meet again for lunch.
