Looking forward to going to GenghisCon this weekend, working like nothing these days and will post about my life in the next few days, but for now there is the second half of the meme..
I totally don't understand what makes you cringe. I loved both Bucket List and New Moon....hmmm... Anyway, I came here to let you know that I have a new journal and I shall add you. I was scrolling through your entries and saw The Time Traveler's Wife here and had to comment, TTTW being my favourite book. But first, Harry Potter. Franchise needs to be put to rest? LOL, there's still two more movies to go. It absolutely made sense to me but then I read and loved the book. I think as the movies progress, you really need to be a fan, not a casual fan or it just falls flat. Bella isn't weak - far from it. She was willing to die to save her mother. That is not the action of a weak person. The Dark Knight was absolutely NOT a pity vote. Back to TTTW: The only problem I have is the realism, it wasn’t really explained how exactly they fell in loveI can't say as I'm yet to see the movie but the book is 500+ pages, and spans over many years so it's absolutely explained. I know there were certain elements taken out as it happens with books to
