In other news, since I have not updated in awhile, I quit my job and
went to Alabama. I actually fell in love with Birmingham. What a beautiful
city. Who knew? I got to see my dear friend Rhiannon and meet all of her
lovely friends, who were all brillant! I have some pictures that I plan on
uploading soon. I am totally slacking on the picture front.
So, since I do not plan on obtaining another position until the first of the year, I have added Birmingham back on my travels list for Dec. I figured since I already have Vegas on
Nov. 1st, followed by L.A. and my Italy trip in Dec., there's really no need for
a job right now. I can't lie, I could totally get used to having such a
carefree life of traveling. Now if only these trips could fund themselves.
Today, after insinuating to my friend Adam that he was to busy watching Mystery Science Theater to engage in good television (The X-Files, being the TV show in question) I recalled hearing that YouTube has all of the MST segments up. I had forgotten just how much I loved this show. If you never had the chance to watch before it was taken off the air, you can do so by clicking
here. This afternoon I had a head full of thoughts to right, but it's midnight
thirty and they seem to be all scattered in my brain. I believe some sleep
is in order.
